Dear All,

I'm looking for help identifying a cast iron bracket recovered from an
early 19th c house site in virginia. The bracket consists of two
perpendicular plates that slot together. The larger plate measures 8 in
long by 1 in wide and has three countersunk screw holes. The face is
stamped "BENNETT PATENT".The shorter plate is 4 inches long with 2
countersunk screw holes.

I've had no luck
