In all of our discussions of the many pathogens affecting bees, does contaminated water play a role?  Think of the role dirty water has, and continues to play in human health...


A good Friend and one of the our most outstanding beekeepers,  swears that dry seasons and the "stale puddles" is the main cause of EFB outbreaks.  Anecdotal...  I have no data to support it or refute it.
