Thanks, Charles. It's easy to criticize these types of things, but one thing is true: they are based on the desire to make things better, they show a way to do it, and constitute a step in the right direction.
Set-asides on farms, utility easements, land reclamation projects, all these places can become forage and habitat for pollinators. They may not be anybody's ideal, but they have a value that's real.
