I wonder if the printer you mentioned has ability to produce an e-book - that's a handy addition.


Jerry,  while at the CSBA,  I ran into Larry,  and as you suggested thanked him for printing that.  I also asked him about reprints,  and he told me that as long as you can get the rights,  there are several printers who will do even single editions.  I forgot what he called them,  but it seems its becoming pretty common if you have the rights to it.
