For those interested in participating in "​a research project investigating
to what extent and why, are new beekeepers susceptible to becoming Bee
Havers, rather than Bee Keepers", please send your interest directly to Natalee

As far as susceptible to Have rather than to Keep, I am not sure if this is
so.  My experience is the average lifespan of a new beekeeper is about 3
years.  First year enthusiasm, second year know it all, after the third
year they bail  having lost their bees 3 years in a row!  Havers get out;
keepers grow old with their bees.
