my comments and question...
I am GUESSING HERE that we are taking about the c version of nosema and not the a form? What do these unidentified malaise look like Randy? Has anyone seen anything about any product that will reduce this problem beyond fumidillian?
As a side note... a couple of years ago I noted that in the fall of the year in typically smallish hive where I found dead bees and a small quantity of syrup never totally removed from a frame feeder that treating these with fumidillian would always turn these around. I only treated once or twice and this malady would always come back. I presume here that the problem was nosema but how long should one treat to eliminate the problem? At about the same time I noticed and did the above I think Randy in one of his articles in the ABJ mentioned that one of his California associated beekeepers had notices some of the same thing as I describe above.
