Hi everyone
I am doing a week beekeeping consultancy at north Perú helping to develop a
5000 colonies operation for avocado pollination purposes.
There is lots of sugar cane plantations here and local beekeepers says they
produce nice amounts of honey after canes are harvest.
It seem the shuts that are left at ground level after cuting still secrets
sugary water for a couple of days.
Question:
Would that honey be considered adultered honey by carbon (c13 v/s c14)
testing ir any other criteria?
Any one have experience on honey production in this sort of environmets?
