After a quick look I think Noxall is safe. It has a mammalian toxicity about like table salt. It is decently safe to fish and birds. I see nothing that would make me suspect bees would have any problem with it. It does have a long half life in soil. One source said 500 days. Personally I hate using anything with a long half life in the environment. But, that is my personal hang up I suppose.
