Hello All,
I'd be interested to know who has found these Chinese Export Porcelain
patterns - "Boy in the Window" and "Temple" - in their archaeological
assemblages.
To see a picture of "Boy in the Window", go to the Transferware Collectors
Club (TCC) Database, go to search, choose the box labeled "Enter pattern
number for link", input pattern number 2598, and scroll down looking for the
image labeled "Ceramic sources".
An image of "Temple" can be found the same way, using the TCC#173.
If you are not a member of the TCC, to access the full data base search, you
can become a member for year-round access or purchase a limited-time 24-hour
search.
My examples are variants of these patterns, from the San Diego Presidio.
