Not in list

Åland islands in Finland - only officially varroa free area in EU, no 
legal bee movements allowed in. They export bees to Iceland thats why 
they are varroa free there. In total about 400 hives in the Island 
group.  Also still some beekeepers in Finnish Lappland without mites.

In Northern Sweden and Norway large areas without varroa If I remember 
right 3-4000 hives in these areas. But the number goes down every year 
as mites spread
