 He didnt do as well with American foulbrood. Roger Morse and
Charlie use to have an on going argument about making a foulbrood resistant
strain of bees. Roger thought foulbrood resistance was not a dominant trait
and could not be reliably passed on.


And yet Roger Morse once told me that he had colonies that he was unable to infect with AFB.
