Juanse, there was a beekeeper in north Queensland who put pyrotenax
(spelling) cable in the concrete in the floor when he poured the floor.
This was a two storied building and he was on the top floor.  Not sure how
it would go on the ground as you would most likely need to put some
insulation on the bottom to stop the heat going down.

The other way would be a reverse cycle air conditioner.  That way you could
use it to heat and also to, cool down for things like wax moth control.
