Submission of papers for a forthcoming issue of EXPRESSION magazine

Dear colleagues and friends,

What was the function of art for those who made it? Why did
prehistoric and tribal people produce art? EXPRESSION magazine will
devote a forthcoming issue to “The function of art: memorization,
communication, identification and what else?” Such functions may vary
from site to site and from one culture to another. Colleagues and
friends with pertinent ideas are cordially invited to express them.
Please submit proposals of titles and short summaries to
