I have been a fly on the wall here for some time and thought it was time for me to step into the fray and ask a question. A bit of back ground first. I have 22 hives all within Calgary, Alberta. I have sold wax to other vendors at the farmers markets that I attend and was told that the wax that I sell is somehow better than other wax. Are there differences in beeswax? What might cause this? Is it possible that the inner city flower mixture makes a wax that is different than that which is made outside the city and if so why? Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
