If you get that going let me know!  I'm very familiar with the beekeeping effects from military 'square zero' introduction and can/have taught a therapeutic beekeeping approach (granted it's usually more along the lines of the more excitable new folks, but has worked well with a few military folks I'm involved with too)...  
Just know there are resources available even if only instructors that have "been there, done that".  

Even if we can't find past resources, why can't we chart our own path and bolster therapeutic beekeeping on our own?
