Has been for years.  GPS-driven manure spreaders are old hat, and using
satellite recon ("remote sensing" they call it in civilian markets) to
figure out your soil moisture and, from that, the amount of fertilizer
required on an each-square meter basis is even older.  The use of GPS-driven
farm gear has been around since about 20 minutes after the GPS accuracy
restrictions were lifted for civilian gear back in 2000.  Before that, you
had accuracy to within only 300 feet, after 2000, you had accuracy to within
66 feet, finally useful for farming.

These days, it is good to about 8 meters resolution.

I'm sure they have, but bees never read the algorithms, they only read the
Bible.
