Thanks, Jerry, Randy and others.

I am currently using 2 students, a rod to lift each hive, and an old hanging scale (big and heavy) to do the job. just thought a forklift might be easier and can be done with one person...

it appears I can get a winch for $60 and the rest is just metal work. Jerry, I will email you. if you already have a forklift, I can pay you shipping and whatever price you charge (in a reasonable range :)
