To clarify, the objection is not about the "notification" part of this new
requirement. The objection is to the requirement that the beekeeper be able
to move those hives at the whim of the adjoining landowner or renter, as the
beekeeper (or his equipment) might be 1000+ miles away from New York. The
requirement that the beekeeper move the hives at the drop of a hat is an
open admission that the pesticide applicator intends to overtly violate the
law by letting his spray drift.
