Dead drones with everted endophalluses? Possibly melanosis ( a fungal
disease affecting the bee's reproductive system - incl. drones).
I've seen this many years ago. It could be regarded as а non contagious
(genetic) disease, and as long as the queen is not affected, it is pretty
harmless.
