"Abstract submission fee"?!?

Don't think I've ever seen that before.
It might be a good idea to keep people updated about visa restrictions, the latest on whether they're allowed to bring computers or books on planes, etc.

To submit your abstract for the SHA 2018 Conference, go to www.conftool.com/sha2018. You will be required to create a profile before paying the $25 abstract submission fee and submitting your abstract. Please be advised that all presenters at the 2018 Conference must agree to register for the Conference by November 1, 2017.  If you do not register by November 1, your submission will be removed from the conference program.
