Cool stuff, i thought it looked like cabinet or window hardware , hadn't
thought of shutters - but the alignment of the mounting plate and flange
threw me, and i began wondering if it was for something industrial late
19th-early 20th century- thank you for posting for all, i considered
wagons, but didn't know where to start looking, definately need to get more
up to speed on wagons and buggies.
