An inexpensive good source is English & Scottish Earthenware 1660-1860 by G.
Bernard Hughes 1961
British Pottery, An Illustrated Guide by Geoffrey A Goddenfirts printed in
1974 by Barrie & Jenkins. It is a bit pricey, but has a nice little section
on Lustre Decoration. The rest of the book is worth owning however.

Subject: Lusterware?
Can anyone recommend a good reference for early nineteenth century
hard-paste redware/lusterware?
Thanks in advance.
