Who am I supposed to let know that my hives, which almost always can be seen from the road, are on site? Am I, as a beekeeper, now expected to find out who owns all of the land within flight distance of my 14 different apiaries? This seems quite onerous to me. When all anyone else really needs to do, what we all aught to do, when using pesticides, is FOLLOW THE LEGALLY ESTABLISHED LABEL DIRECTIONS AND CAUTIONS. Why am I supposed to monitor the behavior of others and take measures to protect my bees so someone can break the Law?
I must be missing something.
