[Message for Ron Hunter, Editor of Ceramics in America]

 

I would very much like to be considered for writing an article for Ceramics
in America - that would highlight the 10 most important ceramic items in the
Caribbean. I have published articles on and done research on Spanish
colonial ceramics of the area - majolica, lead-glazed wares, Olive Jars;
English ceramics - stoneware, pearlware, creamware etc.; French ceramics -
faience, green glaze wares etc.  I believe it would be a great idea to
highlight the 10 most important ceramic types to be found in the Caribbean
from the earliest contact period up to the mid-19th century. Please contact

interested.

I'm trying to identify an individual or individuals who could write an essay
for Ceramics in America 2017 identifying and discussing a selection of 10
ceramic artifacts that have come from Caribbean excavations.  I can send
details to interested parties.  I am looking for someone who has a
comprehensive knowledge of the ceramic landscape in the Carribean and the
ability to chose the "Top Ten" objects for presentation to a general
