So, it may very well be "extortion", but it has only one rational outcome,
if the class can be certified.
If I were a Canadian beekeeper, I would not be so quick to distance myself
from the class of plaintiffs until the class is defined in writing.
James, generally love your wit and accuracy, but this one sure looks like
your moonlighting as a lawyer against Bayer.......
Its the first writing in a while by a reporter who actually looked at what
most beekeepers are saying, and did go "oh no some bees died, and we must
blame something!" Only downside is he will never get a job at NPR or the NY
Times.....
