This reminds me that every time I refer to the "old-timers," my wife likes to say: "Pete, you're an old timer now!" And I may be a die hard skeptic but I don't argue with success.
Thanks for writing in. I have always tended to frown on poking about the hives in winter, but I hate for them to die with huge clusters -- for whatever reason.
