Thanks Robin! Yes, some is accurate, some is iffy or misleading.
Of interest, I didn't know that thymol, among its other properties, is a
chelating agent (I found supportive studies elsewhere).
Of great interest is the claim that the feeding of iron causes mite drop
for a couple of days.
However, I couldn't find at their website their actual field studies, nor
data on the effects of the product. Can you post the link to the specific
page?
