This map
http://www.ars.usda.gov/research/docs.htm?docid=11059&page=6
shows that AHB has arrived in Florida in 2005. If they spread by 200 
miles per year, shouldn't they have arrived by now in Virginia or 
further north? Or have they stopped expanding?
