Antibiotics alone aren't enough for nosema. Here in the UK we don't use
them anyway. If you treat your bees they will soon become reinfected
as they clean the hive of the nosema-laden faeces. You also need to do
a comb change. If you do a comb change as the colony is expanding and
the bees freely flying in spring, (the Bailey method is good) you can
easily separate the bees from the infective material and won't need to
use an antibiotic.
