>I attended several Top Bar presentations at Apimondia 2005 in Dublin
Ireland. I asked one of the presenters, G Solomon of Trinidad &
Tobago, if he produced comb honey.
Tobago is a long way from rural Africa! When we visited Gladstone he had a
couple of TBHs in rather poor condition - his frame hives were very good.
The TBHs were, I think, just an experiment for Bees for Development.
The commercial beekeepers that we visited in Trinidad and Tobago had high
quality stainless steel extracting equipment that was certainly better than
mine!
Best wishes
