Such doom and gloom would have been appropriate in 2008, but by now, it just
shows how far behind the times "Time" has become.
The good news is that people are continuing to show interest in beekeeping,
with novice classes still being taught on a standing-room-only basis nearly
everywhere they are offered. (I'm seeking a larger venue for the 2013/2014
NYC absolutely free course.)
These beekeepers won't provide many more hives for pollination of crops, but
it will teach more people about the actual problems that bees face. The
slight-of-hand in all this is that these people can vote.
I was surprised to hear that Time was still being published. I don't even
see it in Doctor's offices any more.
