Too many girls and minorities are being held back from success in science, technology and engineering fields.
Here's a great op-Ed piece, and there are some hot links to research papers that are worth a read. Having stated that it would be nice if this op-Ed came from a female mathematician, chemist, physicist, engineer, or stem CEO. There no a shortage of females in biology, the social sciences, or science Ed.
