No - apparently many plants found in Garden Centres, including those labelled as being valuable for pollinators (!) are treated with neonicotinoids to keep them looking good.
I belive this statement to be an error, SEEDS are for ornamentals, not treated, the PLANTS however are routinely sprayed with pesticides, many of which are now neonics.
