Charles, My parents grew up in Iowa in the 1920s and 30s. Mom grew up on the farm. I remember stories of Grandpa Porter getting angry because he missed his Farm Mkt Reports when Day Lights Savings Time came around. I bet you and my Grandpa could trade some stories, maybe more so than I.

I live closer to Ottowa and Montreal than I do NY City, in the poorest and largest County in NY State, so I don't listen to traffic except when Rt 81 might be closed because of Lake Effect Snow coming off of Lake Ontario. I know you didn't mean anything by what you wrote. I just wanted you to get a better idea of where I live.
