It would be interesting to read the Meeting Minutes from 1933 and 1934. They may shed some light onto the reason for the change.
The apostrophy at the end of the word "Producers". That make the word possessive, doesn't it? Not plural. With the word "Association" following, that makes the Association something belonging to the Producers, doesn't it?
I wonder if the Meeting Minutes define the terms or explain a common understanding.
