You are lucky - the British Government do not!

No, we are not lucky. I remember when "CCD" first hit the media. A beekeeper from upstate NY stood in front of a congressional committee wearing a big cowboy hat. Things only got worse when he opened his mouth. Made me embarrassed to be a beekeeper for a while, if that's what we look like. Anyway, point is, the ones that have the time and money to show up in Washington do NOT NECESSARILY represent the other beekeepers. They are there, representing themselves. Usually asking for money. OUR money.
