I am not making splits now or it would be simple to use them for that.  As I understand it i can place the frames in a super above an inner cover with the hole open and the colonies will move the pollen/bee bread down into the hive.  Is it that simple?  Or is there another way that they will move it leaving me more open frames?  I don't have the fridge or room to store them until the Fall or Spring.
