Now in its 27th year, the annual publication, *Beads: Journal of the
Society of Bead Researchers*, was initiated in 1989 to encourage and
publish scholarly research on beads of all materials and periods from
around the world. The articles concentrate primarily on bead and beadwork
from an archaeological or ethnographic context.

In order to get the journal into the hands of those involved in the serious
study of beads and the objects fashioned from them, the Society is offering
the entire set (vols. 1-26, minus vol. 3 which is out of print) at
drastically reduced rates:

North America: $45.00 US postpaid (regular price $220)

World: $90.00 US postpaid (regular price $300)

The offer is open to all individuals, institutions, and organizations that
will put the journal to good use. It is not available to retailers.
