Re-reading, I see I was unclear. We've long known that electromagnetic
and geomagnetic fields can be detected by bees.
We've also known that bees pick up electrostatic charges while flying,
use these charges to move pollen, and apparently have control of the charge -
+ or - on their body parts and surfaces.
How all of this fits together is a more difficult, but much more
interesting question.
