I would have thought that was well known. The question is whether they
are pollinated by bees, i.e. do bees increase the seed set beyond bees
being absent? Here abouts many of these produce poor pollen, so poor
that many of us regard them as being detrimental rather than at all
beneficial. As individual bees are true to one source it is obvious
that they will only be carrying one source.
