"Sure, come on down to organically managed New York City"
Dream on ,Jim.
As early as 2001,the feds and Rudy G used imid for Asian Longhorned Beetle.

And as late as 2011 Aphis was still treating trees.

I'm sure you'll see more prophylactic treatments of Ash trees as Emerald Ash Borer moves it's way down the Hudson .
Even though the Parks Dept champions it's use of compost tea, I wonder how much(imid containing) grub control is still being applied.
It's everywhere.
I do commend you for what you are doing for bees in the city and glad to see you back on Bee-L.
Buy you a beer next time I see you at EAS.(been a few)
BTW. I was a member of BBG for years. We used to come down for the cherry blossoms(among other things).Beautiful against the backdrop of the Schwedler Maples.
