>>What does the article say about copper naphthenate?

I would like some more information like what concentration of copper
naphthenate (CN) was used, what was used to break down the CN, were the
inside of the supers painted?
I have use CN now for 40 years and have not seen any problems such as you
are reporting. Had normal queen survival and the queens were marked so I
would know if there was supercedure. Normal hive build up and production so
larvae must have been surviving. If there was sub lethal effects then the
hive would not survive.
Also CN has commonly been used here in Australia for years without any of
the effects you are reporting.
