Dear Colleagues,
We (the Center for Science Education at the Space Sciences Laboratory<http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/>) are looking for your recommendations on the best K-12 classroom activities that relate to the following topics:
1. The Evolution of Our Solar System
2. The Known Astronomical Requirements for Habitability
3. Did Life Come from Space?
4. Astrobiology: The Search for Life Beyond Earth
Please note that we are already aware of Dennis Schatz' Comet Making activity, as well as making crater impacts. But we'd love to know about any other classroom activities that you know of, really like, and relate to the topics above.
Thanks for your assistance!
Dan
PS - when you reply, please reply directly to me at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>, though feel free to post to the entire group as well. Thank you!
