Just announced:
EPA in conjunction with PMRA and EFSA funds new Bioluminesence plant
project in order to accurately detect neonics in plants .
Work was initially done successfully in tobacco plants as well as
household plants.
Using the latest in spectrometry , scientists will now be able to go out at
night and measure precisely the quantity of neonics present from the
amount of light generated by a specific plant such as corn, canola or
soy, with a specific wavelength determining the type of neonic present.
An inverse factor had to be established to offset the destructive none
bioluminescence from possible nearby wetlands
.
The findings are soon to be published in ImPLos 1 since this work seems to
be sensational enough for them.
Genuine peer reviewed material will follow in ExPlos2 but then again
