Is there any particular set of viruses associated with Nosema? or are
the same that we already know for varroa?

We know that BQCV is associated with Nosema apis (based on literature)
and from the study under comment "Several honey bee viruses have been
reported to be transmitted by varroa mites including DWV [32], KBV
[33], [34], SBV [35], ABPV [30] and IAPV [36]."

I wonder if you have found any particular virus(es) associated with
Nosema ceranae?
