association that represents pesticide makers, said he
believes the bird group is trying to piggyback on
the bee controversy.

The Xerces Society also reiterated its "guilty until
proven innocent" stand on the neonics.
In the blog Scott H. Black, the Executive Director of
Xerces said: "It’s reached a point when it’s time for the
Environmental Protection Agency to withdraw the registration
of these pesticides until proven safe".
