I am wondering what is the effect of heat on Fumagilin-B. If I have
2:1 syrup that had Fumagilin-B mixed in, and the syrup has started to
set up, can I heat the syrup in a hot water bath to get it back to a
liquid without having a negative effect on the Fumagilin-B or will the
heat degrade/dedstroy the Fumagilin-B?
OR, when I first mix 2:1 sugar syrup, the end product is around 120dF
when it comes out of the hot water bath. Can I add the Fumagilin-B to
the syrup at that temperature or do I need to let the syrup cool?
I cannot find the answer to these questions on the Fumagilin-B label.
