Would anyone be able to recommend reference material for translating technical vocabulary for a 18th C. brewery from French to English? You may guess that I am helping a friend translate Diderot and D'Alembert's "Encyclopédie ou Dictionnaire raisonné des sciences, des arts et des métiers, Brasserie" for an exhibition opening next week. You'd be right!
