I am on the program committee for the upcoming Society for Applied Anthropology meetings, which will be held in Albuquerque, March 18-22, 2014. Issues related to heritage, descendant communities, cultural resource management, and archaeology continue to be a growing concern in this organization.  I hope you will be able to participate in these meetings.

While the deadline for abstract submission is October 15, Erve has indicated that his Committee will begin to review abstracts beginning in early September. Therefore, register early and submit abstracts as soon as possible.
