That article described the personalities in my bee club perfectly. We have
them all and it makes an interesting yet frustrating group. We have 9
EASmaster beekeepers and about 5 more taking the test. I am a Gamma
for sure
and have the confidence to be a beekeeper with out a title and with out
Beta followers, though I see the Tom Sawyer effect, the Alpha's can easily
get the Beta's to paint their equipment and do grunt work so it may have
it's advantages. I just grunt along by my self and work 10 and 12 hour days.
